The Owl and the Tanager

Hello all! I absolutely had to share this song because I can't stop listening to it. I'm incapable. I've been a Sufjan Stevens fan for ages, but his new EP, "All Delighted People" is beyond anything he's done before. I cannot get enough! This song is absolutely incredible. Haunting. Beautiful. Every time I listen to it I'm either covered in goose bumps or in tears. Anyway, I think I'll just let you get to the listening part...

"How could you run from me now?
The loneliest chime in the house,
The loneliest chime in the house,
You let it out, you let it out.
Come to me Calvary still.
I'm weeding and raking until,
I'm bleeding in spite of my love for you.
It bruised and bruised my will."
